A charity or arts organisation wishing to receive support which they administer on behalf of Artists should contact the Trust in the first place by completing the Eligibility Submission. Please give a brief description there of your organisation and the type of support you are requesting without going into details.
If your organisation is considered eligible, we shall contact you with Login details to make an Application. These Login details will remain for a period, and you may make subsequent Applications until the Trust chooses to reconsider your eligibility.
Individual Artists should proceed via the Artists tab. A small group of Artists who wish to stay together for a short holiday or other residency are also advised to make eligibility submissions individually through the Artists tab. Please then contact the Secretary who will advise on makng a group application.
Grants will only be given for circumstances relating to the accommodation and board costs of eligible and deserving Artists, and not for general funding. The awards will usually be in the form of block grants for dispersal with specific conditions applied. The funds must be used to help pay for a residential stay by beneficiaries, stays which are otherwise subsidised by the charity itself.
